All prices displayed on Animal Love Pets are quoted by default in U.S. dollars – you may change this at any time to any of the available options. Animal Love Pets may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States, Canada, Mexico and Overseas. Animal Love Pets will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Animal Love Pets purchase. 10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Animal Love Pets, Animal Love Pets's vendors, and their affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your access to or use of Animal Love Pets. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and Animal Love Pets and any product or service provided to you arising out of or relating to your use of Animal Love Pets.
